Pre Paid Credit Cards

I have a pre-paid visa card (the ones you get from Wal*Mart), and I need to know if I can pull cash off of it.

Like, if I go to Wal*Mart, can I hand them the card and they subtract money from the total on the card and give me whatever they subtract in cash?
They work on ATM’s too?

of course you can as long as you have money on this card. or you can go to an atm machine and draw out money for a fee.
